Stay tuned for updates and for our grand reopening of "Artisans In The Loop"
I am still going strong on my Art Fairs but made the leap to gallery owner and I hope to build on its potential to add to the art community.

Farwell to Soulard Art Gallery.
I was accepted into Soulard Art Gallery as a resident artist when Covid was in full swing, still fresh with my art career and newly out of college in uncertain times. It thrilled me to be chosen to be there.
My first show that I co-curated was "Art Of Darkness" with Garrett Roberts. The second show that I helped curate heavily was "Fantasy versus Sci-fi" with Kyle Pitman. I curated my show "Art Of Whimsy" with Jay Thompson and co-curated "Would You Love Me As A Pet" this year with Lynne Lassen Dibadj. To be able to be of service to the art community was a blessing. I have met so many new faces and started new relationships here at Soulard Art Gallery.
Through Soulard Art Gallery I gained tremendous amount of knowdgle, support, practice, insight, art sales, but what I gained most is a group of diverse artists that loved and supported me and my art journey as an ART FAMILY. Which I can not stress enough is uncommon in the art world today, but very much so needed.
I gained, an art dad, mom, grandmother, grandfather, sisters and brothers, uncles and aunts and life long supporters. I also got the chance to support starting and experienced artists get in to shows, ask questions, get noticed, help with sales and awards. Being a part of something bigger than yourself is astounding and very beneficial to our art community.
It is the best worst thing to have to move on from a place you love. However I think I left Soulard Art Gallery better than when I arrived, with fresh new artists ready to be apart of the growing art family tree. I know for me I am stronger for having been apart of Soulard Art Gallery, and whenever I can I will be visiting, posting, and sending artists to the gallery.
I am creating artwork in new sizes!
I am working hard on a new collection of works. I have just completed 30 x 30 Pangolin, 12 x 36 Goodnight Giraffe, 12 x 36 Magic Reading Rainbow Chameleon, and I am heading to a 4 foot by 5 foot artwork. These take me longer to work on and the details I want at a maximum. Their job is to sit there and look outrageously good.
Fear not I am still making 8 x 8, 11 x 14, 16 x 20, and 18 x 24 I just wanted to start leaping around in my sizes.
My time is ticking before the new art fair season starts in April.
Though I aim to go far away for art shows, I hope I can slow down and do more group and solo showings around St. Louis .
I am planning the rest of 2024 out and downed my shows to 16 rather than 21 like last year. It was hard taking on that many shows along with the responsibility of maintaining an Art Gallery.
I hope to get a level of balance as I move my art career, but that being said I feel like I am not at my height of artworks and art fairs just yet.
