Farwell to Soulard Art Gallery.

I was accepted into Soulard Art Gallery as a resident artist when Covid was in full swing, still fresh with my art career and newly out of college in uncertain times. It thrilled me to be chosen to be there.

My first show that I co-curated was "Art Of Darkness" with Garrett Roberts. The second show that I helped curate heavily was "Fantasy versus Sci-fi" with Kyle Pitman. I curated my show "Art Of Whimsy" with Jay Thompson and co-curated "Would You Love Me As A Pet" this year with Lynne Lassen Dibadj. To be able to be of service to the art community was a blessing. I have met so many new faces and started new relationships here at Soulard Art Gallery.

Through Soulard Art Gallery I gained tremendous amount of knowdgle, support, practice, insight, art sales, but what I gained most is a group of diverse artists that loved and supported me and my art journey as an ART FAMILY. Which I can not stress enough is uncommon in the art world today, but very much so needed.

I gained, an art dad, mom, grandmother, grandfather, sisters and brothers, uncles and aunts and life long supporters. I also got the chance to support starting and experienced artists get in to shows, ask questions, get noticed, help with sales and awards. Being a part of something bigger than yourself is astounding and very beneficial to our art community.

It is the best worst thing to have to move on from a place you love. However I think I left Soulard Art Gallery better than when I arrived, with fresh new artists ready to be apart of the growing art family tree. I know for me I am stronger for having been apart of Soulard Art Gallery, and whenever I can I will be visiting, posting, and sending artists to the gallery.

Coffee Shop

I am putting up a limited edition boarded print up at a local coffee shop for a time. So if you didn't grab her now is your chance!

At The Moment

I am creating artwork in new sizes!

8X8 and one 11 X 17 and a few more 10 X 20 so if you couldn't find room for art because your wall space was small now you have more chances to fit art on your walls!
